At Digital Motorsport, we always aim to put your needs first. We know that shipping charges can be costly, and with simulator equipment already being pricey stuff we want to help you make some savings. Below are some top tips to help save on shipping when ordering with us.

We work with the best in the business, which is why we partnered up with DHL Express early in 2020 to ensure you get the best possible service and a great experience. We have worked with many shipping partners over the years and DHL have surpassed our expectations in every way. While they may not be the cheapest we genuinely believe they are the best and if you do have an issue and need to contact customer support you will find yourself talking to fellow human who takes pride in their job.

For small, light, lower value items we also offer shipping via the postal service. If budget is your primary concern then the post may be a good option for you but be aware time scales and the ability to view accurate tracking information is not in the same league as DHL. Our preference is always to ship via DHL as the service level and tracking is simply superior.

How much will shipping cost?
Our shipping rates are calculated dynamically based on the items you have in your cart, their weight, dimensions and your post code/zip code, so as strange as it sounds, we don't actually know how much your shipping will cost until you add al the items you want to your cart and fill out your full address and zip code. 

When will my order ship?
If you order between Monday – Friday, before 2pm, your order will ship same day! If you order after 2pm, it will ship the following day.

What’s the difference between Economy and Express?
Economy Shipping is only available to our European customers. This is because Economy shipments go by Road Freight, whereas Express go by Air. This is why our clients outside of the EU can only avail of the Express option.

How long will it take for my order to arrive with the Express option?
UK: Next Day
EU: 24-48 Hours
USA/Canada: 24-48 Hours
Australia: 24-48 Hours
ROW: 36-72 Hours

Top Shipping Tips!
If ordering after 2pm on Thursday, or on a Friday at any time, don’t chose the Express Option. Your order will ship via Economy on Friday, and travel across the UK over the weekend and generally arrive in the same time as an Express would have due to DHL not delivering on the weekends!

If you’re ordering on a Saturday or Sunday, unless you need the order to arrive within 2 business days, choose the economy option again as we won’t be able to dispatch the order until the following Monday.

If you select Economy Shipping and realise afterwards that your order is a little more urgent than you thought, drop us an email before 2pm that day or if the order was placed in the evening, before 2pm the next day, and we’ll help you change it so that you get the goods just in time!
