Great Company That Cares About Their Customers

Let me say i am very happy with the customer service of this company. I had a problem with ordering Fanatec’s DD2 from their website and not even a day later (Literally within 2 hrs) when i made this known their expert customer service team came to help me, obviously i was irritated about the situation and they handled the situation with intense professionalism and left me in awe. I have never seen such a big company have such a great and quick acting support team. The problem i had was complex and typically large companies would extend their support times to days or weeks given the amount of customers they get. But this company is different, not only do they care about your experience they prioritize it. Purchasing my racing equipment from this site has been an extreme pleasure and i have never had a large company so delved into their customer experience you only get this type of quality with smaller businesses, but with digital motorsports this is not the case they care about every single one of their buyers and that deserves extreme respect. I plan on using them as my main source of getting racing equipment because not much companies can top digital motorsports

Another excellent experience with Digital Motorsports. I had some queries before I purchased, but they were answered promptly. The item I chose was out of stock and a reasonable and honest time frame was given for its availability. Then the item arrived substantially earlier than hoped, which was a pleasant surprise!!
And while all has gone well to date with my new setup, I am comforted in the knowledge that assistance is only a call away were I to get into any technical difficulties.

Excellent experience

First time buyer. Bought a wheelbase and a USB adapter from Digital Motorsports cause I couldn't get it in my country. Site was easy to navigate as was order placement. I did have a couple of questions before purchase which were answered immediately by email. Ronan was particularly helpful.

The product was shipped using DHL Express international shipping in under 48 hours and I'm thrilled with the wheel base. DM will be my go to place for ordering any Sim Racing equipment. A+++
