Tax & Shipping
Tax:
Digital Motorsports are based in the EU and our website displays prices either with or without our local VAT rate of 23% depending on your country. (based on your ip address)
For countries in the EU we display prices including 23% VAT.
For countries outside the EU (including the UK) we display prices excluding 23% VAT.
For countries outside the EU you should be aware that you may be liable for import duties. You will need to contact your local authority to get an estimate of how much it will be, as it varies between countries and states. The commodity code or HS code we use for all our products is 9504500000 which is the globally recognised code for computer games and accessories.
Customers from the UK do not pay import duties but pay the usual 20% UK VAT rate to HMRC. To make the process simpler, this is collected by the courier (DHL) before delivery, so you should expect a message from DHL requesting payment of 20% of your order value. You can read more about this here.

DHL collect at 2pm GMT Monday-Friday. We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm GMT the same day but during busy periods that may not always be possible.
Tracking:
As soon as your order is dispatched you will automatically be sent your DHL tracking number to the email you provided on your order.
You can track any DHL tracking number or AWB at this link https://www.dhl.com/us-en/home/tracking.html?
Please note that it is completely normal for multi-item orders to get split up in transit. Each individual parcel is labelled and barcoded and will reach its destination. If you find that part of your order is delivered and part is still in transit, this almost always rectifies itself in a day or 2.
If you are concerned you can contact your local DHL customer service department with your tracking number.
