World Cup Qualifier Format Overview:

Registration:  FREE & Open Invitation to Online Drivers with Class D license or higher

When:  November 19-21, 2021

What:  The Top 24 Drivers with the fastest lap times will participate in the November 28th World Cup

How:  Best of 3 Long Laps

> Professionally run race with drivers briefing, race control/race rules, new revised incidents & appeals system
> GT3 class Racing
> Live broadcast via ESTV & Digital-Motorsports' Twitch, Facebook and YouTube
>The highest standards of online racing anywhere in the world!

How To Register

To take part in the World Cup Qualifier you will need the following:

> An iRacing account with a D license or above.
> The iRacing Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992)and the Silverstone Circuit - Grand Prix track downloaded.
> A Discord account. Discord is the main channel for communication and is also used for driver's briefing, to communicate additional info and for general driver's chat.

RULES & REGULATIONS

Prize Money

> 1st Place:  €10,000 + World Champion Trophy + Cube Controls Custom Formula Pro (Red)
> 2nd Place:  €5,000 + Cube Controls Custom Formula Pro (Red)
> 3rd Place:  €2,500 + Cube Controls Custom Formula Pro (Red)

Hybrid Race:  Onsite & Online Racers

The race cars used will be the iRacing Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992).

This is a fixed setup with one fast repair.

The drivers will be in two different groups as follows:
> ONLINE: Top 24 drivers with the best Lap out of 3 Long Laps from Online Qualifier
> ONSITE: 6 drivers by Digital Motorsports Direct Invitation

Live Broadcast:
> 2 Hosts
> 2 Commentators
> 2 Analysts
> Professional esports studio

Race Format 

World Cup Race Format Overview

When:  November 28th, 2021

Platform:  iRacing

Track:  Silverstone Circuit - Grand Prix

Scoring:  No points just finishing places....1st, 2nd, 3rd etc.

Grid:  Max 30 Cars

Car:  Porsche 911 GT3 Cup (992)

Setup:  Fixed

Weather & Track Conditions:  The weather is set static in practice, qualifying and racing sessions.

Standing Start

30 Minute Sprint Race

Race Day Schedule (Sunday November 28th):

Free Practice: 12:00pm – 2pm (Race Server)
Briefing: 2pm – 2:20pm (Mandatory for all participants)
Qualification: 2:20pm – 2:30pm (Lone Qualification/10min/3Laps)
Race: 2:30pm – 3:00pm (30-minute race)
Driver interviews: 3:05pm – 3:15pm (Top 3 drivers)Award Ceremony: 3:15pm – 3:30pm (Trophy Presentation)

Fixed setups will be available in Discord and will be fixed in the iRacing servers.

The Live Digital Motorsports World Cup broadcast will be on November 28th from 14:00 CEST on Digital-Motorsports.com's Twitch, Facebook and YouTube channels.
