Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint are a perfect choice for both casual simracers as well as eSports professionals. A strong, compact and highly adjustable design with custom electronics and powerful SmartControl software. Fully adjustable pedal geometry and force (up to 65kg at the brake), limitless configuration options in the software.
Every tenth of a second counts If youre looking for pedals that help you to be both quick and consistent, look no further. Years of experience and all new testing methods have been used during the development of this innovative top-of-the line simulator product: the Heusinkveld Sim Pedals Sprint.
OVERVIEW
The Sim Pedals Sprint are a strong, compact and highly adjustable design, with the main parts made out of CNC precision laser cut steel. Mathematical models were made to accurately calculate pedal travel and force curves, predicting with great accuracy how each pedal behaves in different configurations.
All metal profiles either have a RAL7016 Anthracite Grey fine-structure powder coat or a bead blasted semi-gloss metallic look.
The pedals include all new concepts for bearings and pivot points in order to minimize unnecessary play. Automated testing routines have been used to simulate up to 1 million duty cycles.
Durable load cells measure throttle and clutch position and force applied to the brake. Unlike designs with rotary potentiometers, load cells provide true linear output in relation to your pedal output. They are insensitive to dust and dirt and do not wear out, resulting in unmatched accuracy and durability over time.
Custom developed and EMC tested electronics make sure each pedal responds instantly and accurately in your favorite simulator software. The included SmartControl software allows easy configuration of deadzones, brake force and customize (non-linear) pedal output curves.
COMPONTENTS
Throttle
Smooth, accurate and greatly adjustable, the throttle pedal gives you excellent control over any race car. With five pedal travel settings, adjustable pedal force curve, spring preload, pedal angle and pedal height youll be able to set up the throttle exactly to your liking.
The graphs below show the effect of the force curve (left) and preload adjustments (right).
Brake
The dual stage brake system consists of an adjustable initial coil spring, simulating the pad to disc gap, and progressive rubber springs. The pedal firmness is adjusted by selecting from 6 different rubber stack heights. The pedal angle and pedal height can also be adjusted.
With up to 65kg (143lbs) of maximum brake force this brake pedal caters both for simracers who like to apply significant force while braking but also for racers who like much lower operating forces.
The graphs below show the effect of the force curve adjustment.
Clutch
The clutch features a regressive spring mechanism to simulate a typical concave clutch curve. Furthermore, the clutch features three pedal force curve settings, adjustable spring preload, pedal angle and pedal height.
The graphs below show the effect of the force curve (left) and preload adjustments (right).
Electronics
The all new electronics have been integrated in the brake pedal. This allows for a clean setup with a minimum of wire clutter.
The controller board has received a conformal coating in order to shield it from moisture and dust. The product as a whole has been tested to be compliant with all applicable European EMC norms and regulations.
SMARTCONTROL
The Sim Pedals Sprint come with a powerful configuration toolk allowing you to set up your pedals in ways not previously possible: SmartControl. Working together with all-new electronics, SmartControl allows for instant mapping of (non-linear) pedal output curves, pedal deadzones and brake pedal force.
These adjustments can be made without having to re calibrate the pedals (including iRacing). All settings can be saved into profiles, which can be loaded again in a few mouse clicks.
Mapping pedal output curves
A key feature of SmartControl is the ability to set custom signal output maps per pedal. Traditionally race simulator pedal output has had a one-on-one sensitivity in relation to the pedal input. SmartControl allows you to map non-linear output curves using 5 zones (six input parameters).
Each pedal has a Curve Type pull-down menu with pre-defined output curves. You can also select the option to make a custom curve and manually set the desired pedal output percentage for each zone. You have complete freedom to set your own shapes.
Deadzones and brake force adjustment
SmartControl offers quick and easy adjustment of pedal deadzones. The effect of changing these adjustments can be seen visually and real time. Also the required brake force to get 100% brake output in your simulator can be set in a few mouse clicks.
Profiles
There is support for an unlimited amount of profiles within SmartControl. Saving and loading a profile is done in a few mouse clicks. Because profile data is saved relative to your calibration values, it is possible to exchange pedal profiles between Sim Pedals Sprint owners.
Calibration wizard
Your Sim Pedals Sprint are pre-calibrated during assembly and can be used as a plug&play device. All adjustments in SmartControl can be made without having to re calibrate the pedals.
In case you do need to re calibrate (for example after making certain mechanical adjustments to the pedals), SmartControl has an easy to follow calibration wizard.

the UK are no longer a part of the European Union (EU), and this changes howmainland UK (England, Scotland & Wales)based consumers buy product from EU based stores like ours.
Our website now displays all prices excluding VAT and no longer charges you VAT on orders shipping to mainland UK.
Customers will however be liable for 20% UK VAT which will be charged to you by HMRC (customs) and collected by our shipping agents (DHL) when the shipment enters the UK. You will be contacted by them to complete the payment, usually by text message. DHL also charge a small handling fee which is 2.5% of the VAT and a minimum of £11.00.
This will be the case when you order from any company based in the EU. If you order from a UK based company they will display vat on their website and charge you the 20% VAT directly on the order. So whether you buy from an EU based store or a UK based store you will be paying more or less the same total price on the product.
If you are a VAT registered business in the UK there is no need to enter your VAT number.

Can I Pre-Order?
A small selection of our products are sometimes available for pre-order. They will be clearly identified on the product details page by a button stating their expected dispatch date.
If a product is displaying as out of stock and there is no message communicating an expected dispatch date then pre-order is not available.
Discounts:
From time to time we run promotions. Promotions are always well advertised and will have a clear start and end date. Please note that we cannot retrospectively apply discounts to orders placed before or after the promotional period.
